Maternity session with Keisha

BEFORE
While this may have been her first maternity session, I sure hope it won’t be the last. Patricia made me relax and took her time. Her makeup and hair artist was awesome as well. They both kept making sure that I was happy and that I was okay. Being 34 weeks pregnant at the time of the shoot, I needed to take a lot of breaks. Patricia spent 4 hours with me! I appreciated the research she did with poses and how she was able to make me glow even brighter.
I loved all of my pictures, especially the ones where we were just testing the camera. I know that years from now, I will look back at these pictures and remember how beautiful I looked, even though I really felt like a blimp! I think that all pregnant women should have photos done and if you’re able to get Patricia, you can guarantee that they will be wonderful!

This picture means so much to me because I am wearing a dress that my mother gave me and a pair of her earrings. As I get closer to the third anniversary of her passing, I realize that some part of her will always be with me.
I could not have asked for a more gorgeous woman than Keisha to come into my studio for my first official maternity session. Her portraits are just beautiful! Looking at it – I am wishing I had something from my own pregnancies. Unfortunately, I was very self-conscious and didn’t want to be seen. Please, don’t make that mistake, ladies! You will look at your portraits ten years from now and think, “What a glowing goddess I was back then.”
