Baked Zucchini

I love zucchini. Every recipe with it – it’s always my favorite one.

Here you can see the simplest way to prepare that tasty and healthy vegetable. I baked it recently, but now when it’s getting hot outside, I am making it on the grill – and it’s even better.

If you never tried it before – it’s worth taking a risk. Great taste, fast and easy preparation make it an awesome side dish for any dinner, lunch or party.



Fresh Zucchini
Olive oil
Your favorite seasoning (I use Trader Joe’s Everyday Seasoning or Italian Mix)



  1. Preheat the oven to 375-400°F
  2. Wash the zucchini
  3. Cut into halves or thick slices
  4. Place in a baking tray
  5. Coat the top with olive oil
  6. Sprinkle with spices
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how soft you want it to be
  8. Enjoy!
